NRC “Lunch with a Distinguished Scholar”
Saturday, December 5, 2000
Noon – 1:30PM
Please join us at the NRC “Lunch with a Distinguished Scholar” on Saturday, December 5th, 2009 at the Annual Meeting. The purpose of the luncheon is to provide small-group interaction to NRC members who might otherwise not have the opportunity to converse at length with a distinguished scholar in their field of choice.
Each distinguished scholar will have lunch at a table with a maximum of seven NRC members who have expressed a preference to have lunch with her/ him to discuss an assigned topic. No later than two weeks before the luncheon, participants at each table will be encouraged to e-mail a question or issue that they would like the scholar to address. Each scholar will decide how to best address the questions that have been submitted.
We hope that you will join us in this promising new conference activity, which we hope will become an on-going event.
Registration fee for Luncheon: $15.00
Maximum number of Guests per Table: 7 (plus one Scholar = 8)
