1. How do I get my User ID and password?
You can go to: “Login” and click
the “ I forgot my User ID and Password” button. You will be
prompted to either enter your User ID to get your password, or enter your
e-mail address to get your User ID. If neither of these options work for
you, contact:

2. What is my member status?
You can go to “Member Information”
and login, if you haven’t already. You can find your member type,
your term start date, and your term end date.
3. How do I cancel or change my membership?

4. I have not received a membership dues
notice (invoice) for my membership, how can I get one?
You should receive a membership dues notice (e-invoice) 60 days before
your membership ends, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the
NRC database. After that you will receive a hard copy in the mail.
If you have not received a membership dues confirmation notice, this
could mean your e-mail address is not on file or it needs to be updated
in the database.

5. I paid my membership dues and have
not received a membership dues confirmation notice. How do I get one so
I can submit it to my employer?
If you renewed or joined on-line, you will receive an e-mail with your
membership dues confirmation (receipt) attached, within 10-15 business
days of the transaction. If you renewed or joined via a paper form, you
will receive an e-mail with your membership dues confirmation (receipt)
attached, within 10-15 business days of receipt of your form.
6. How can I change my mailing address,
billing address or any other personal information that needs to be changed?
You can go to: “Member Information”
logon and change your personal information. Once you have submitted the
changed information it will update your record in the database. This does
have a process time of approx. 3.5hrs.
If you are not able to login into the NRC website. You can go to: “Login”.
If you don’t remember your password, go to: “Login”
and click the “I forgot my User ID and Password” button. You
will be prompted to either enter your User ID to get your password, or
enter your e-mail address to get your User ID.

7. I would like to become a member, what
types of membership are there and how much are dues?
There are Silver, Gold, and Platinum memberships that include regular
membership plus a voluntary donation to NRC. The Emeritus membership is
extended to those NRC members who have retired from their professional
positions. The Second Family Member Memberships are offered to members
desiring only one copy of each NRC publication be sent to a particular
address. One member of that family will pay the Regular Membership fee,
and the second member will pay the Second Family Membership fee.

8. How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to
the NRC listserv?
Go to: “NRC
Listserv” read the NRC guidelines and fill out form. If you
have not logged in the site you will be prompted to login.

The cost and shipping of each Yearbook is $80, if shipping within the
U.S., and $90 outside the U.S.
